1. Al l products have a 1 year manufacture guarantee. All latent and patent defects will be considered a warranty claim. Photographic evidence will be required with your claim submission.
2. Mishandling of goods, any malicious (or other) damage caused by the customer or acts of god will not be considered a warranty claim
3. Please ensure that you receive all your products in good order before signing for it. Damaged items must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Such incidents will be considered on a case by case basis. We will always do out very best in assisting you where we can.
4. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
